Mr. Stephen Douglas Jr. was born 14 November 1961 in the city Pascagoula Mississippi to his Mother Helen Marie Johnson of Moss Point Mississippi and Stephen D. Johnson Sr. of Oakland, California. There he grew, to be a young man. He attended Moss Point High School, Moss Point Mississippi, where he excelled both academically and physically where he played football in high school.



He attended Mississippi State University in Starks dale, Mississippi where he played football and received his bachelor's degree in business administration. In 1987, Mr. Johnson played for the Canadian Football League (CFL). After1989, Mr. Johnson moved with extended family to Oakland California. He worked as a Realtor, Financial Advisor and mentorship for underprivileged boys as a football coach.



Mr. Johnson departed this life on 24th day of March 2023. He was only a hospital patient for a short time. He leaves to mourn his passing his loving and devoted son, Stephen D, Johnson III of San Leander, California, Mother Helen M. Johnson of Moss Point Mississippi. Father, Stephen D. Johnson Sr. and wife Virginia Johnson from Oakland, California. Two sisters Miranda D. Burton (Johnson) of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and LeGian Rodgers of Macon, Georgia. With a host of family, collegiate and a mentors and volunteers for football youths coach for underprivileged children.



A Memorial Services will be held at the First Missionary Baptist Church, in Moss Point Mississippi at 11 a.m. on the 15th of April 2023, followed by a repass after the services. 4600 MS-613, Moss Point, Mississippi 39563-3940
