Stephen Keith Johnson passed away with loving family by his side on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at the age of 68.
Stephen was born on May 23, 1957, in Wichita, Kansas, to his parents, Willis Keith Johnson and Ella Ferne (Duncan) Johnson. He later made his home in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he attended Booker T. Washington High School and proudly graduated.
Stephen spent his working years in the restaurant industry, where he was known for his dedication, reliability, and friendly nature. Outside of work, he lived life with passion and creativity. He was a huge rock and roll fan, an avid guitar player, and a true movie buff who enjoyed everything from classic films to modern favorites. Stephen was also a talented mechanic, always willing to lend a hand and skillfully fix just about anything.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Willis Keith Johnson and Ella Ferne Johnson.
Stephen leaves behind many loving memories with his family, including his sister, Pamela Johnson; his brother, Eric Johnson; and his nephew, Matt Johnson, along with many other loving relatives and a host of friends who will miss him dearly.
A graveside service will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., with Jason Cowan officiating.
