Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Stephen Matthew Justice and one brother, Stan Justice.
Stephen is survived by one son, Shane Marcus Justice of Betsy Layne, Kentucky, two daughters, Sara Megan Justice and Stephanie Michele Justice Barton both of Lexington, Kentucky, two sisters, Selma Justice of Harold, Kentucky, Vanessa (Forest Dale) Johnson of Virgie, Kentucky, one brother Charles Rusty (Linda) Justice of Pikeville, Kentucky and seven grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6-9 PM Thursday July 24, 2025 at J.W. Call and Son Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be 3 PM Friday July 25, 2025 at the funeral home with Barry Justice officiating.
Burial will follow in the Hays Cemetery at Harold, Kentucky.
