Stephen M. "Steve" Liebeck, 57 of Rogersville passed away Tuesday, June 10, 2025. He was born in Springfield to Stephen H. Liebeck and Carol J. Handley-Claxton.
Steve genuinely never met a stranger. He loved and lived big always being the life of the party. He loved and took care of his family and friends until the very end. He gave the best bear hugs. He was a Master of the Grill, fish, deer and turkey feared him. He was happiest being outdoors or down at the river with his family. Steve wasn't always sitting in church, but he had strong faith and gave his life to Christ two years ago.
Steve was preceded in death by his parents; his grandparents, Jerry and Alice Handley, and Henry "Hank" and Jacquelyn Liebeck; and his uncle, Jim Handley.
He is survived by his loving wife and best friend, Toni Slocum Liebeck of the home; daughters, Catherine Liebeck of Bryan, Arkansas and Kimi Liebeck of Rogersville; sons, Kristian, Hank and Bo Liebeck all of Rogersville; grandson, Waylon Noyes of Bryan, Arkansas; his sister, Anne and husband, Doug Stever; nephews, Keith and Jake Stever all of Strafford; brother-in-law, Raymond Slocum of Marshfield; sister-in-law, Tammie Hannagan of Blue Mountain, Mississippi; along with too many cousins to name and friends that were like family!
Memorial services will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, June 28, 2025 in Unity Spiritual Center, 3233 S. Kauffman Road, Springfield with a celebration of life to follow at 2:00 pm.
