Stephen Oakley Obituary
Sunday, January 28th, 2024, our family and community suffered an insurmountable loss with the passing of Stephen Lee Oakley, favorable known as Steve, and pridefully known as Pompo to his grandbabies. Steve unfortunately passed away as a result of complications from a tragic car accident. His legacy lives on in the lives and hearts of all those he loves such as his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as many other family members and friends. Anyone who knew him, knew what a private, humble, kind, caring and compassionate man he was. Always selflessly putting everyone else's wants and needs ahead of his own.
Steve is preceded in death by his wife Cynthia, mother Opal, father Earl, brothers Jeff and Earl, sister Eloise and later life companion Lee. There is no doubt he will be deeply and greatly missed by all those whose lives he touched, but he will never be forgotten.
A Celebration of Life for Stephen will be held Sunday, February 18, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Stoddard Funeral Home, 3205 West 28th Street, Greeley, Colorado 80634.
