Born on April 17, 1964, in Baltimore, MD, Stephen lived a life marked by love, generosity, and humor. He shared 61 years of life's journey with his beloved family and friends, leaving behind a legacy of warmth and kindness.

Stephen is survived by his devoted wife, Connie, with whom he built a beautiful life filled with laughter and love. He was a proud father to his son, Stephen, Jr., and a guiding light to his daughter-in-law, Alexis Atkinson Porter. His joy was multiplied with the arrival of his grandson, Stephen III, whose presence brought him immense happiness. His son Colin, and Colin's partner, Sabrina Frank, also held a special place in his heart. Stephen's sister, Sharon Fallin, and brother-in-law, Lee Fallin, will remember him as a loving and protective brother.

Stephen's professional life was spent as a welder and supervisor at Evapco, Inc., where his work ethic and leadership were respected by all who worked alongside him.
