Stephen “Steve” W. Morgan, of Fargo, ND, died Friday, March 21, 2025.
Steve was born on January 20, 1970, in Aberdeen, SD, to Ronald and Sandra (Pulling) Weishaar. He attended schools in Aberdeen and eventually moved to Fargo and graduated from Fargo South High School in 1989. His whole career was spent working in sales. He met and married Tammy Chesnick on May 28, 2000, and gained a daughter, Brittany, and together as a family, Bryce was born in 2001.
Steve enjoyed working on projects such as their beautiful deck. He enjoyed the Minnesota Vikings and NDSU Bison football and any old-time movies.
He loved his family very much, leaving behind his wife, Tamela (Tammy) Chesnick Morgan; children, Brittany (Allan) Cook, Bryce Morgan (Jenna McKay); his grandchildren, Spencer Frueh, Carson Cook, Lily Cook and Justice Rodriguez; brother and sister-in-law, Todd (Pamela) Morgan; half-brother, Jeff (Jillian) Weishaar; uncle and aunt, Kenny and Carol Pulling; great-uncle and aunt Wes and Eileen Pulling; in-laws, Steve and Bernice Chesnick; step-sisters, Maria (Chris) Metz, Kim (Mark) Sjurseth; many cousins, family and friends, and a furry friend, Buddy.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Ann Weishaar and Milton and Norma Pulling; his parents, Ronald Weishaar and Sandra Morgan; his stepfather, Joe Morgan, and his uncle and aunt, Jerry and Sharon Pulling.
Visitation will be Thursday, April 3, 2025, from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M., with a prayer service at 6:30 P.M. at Wright Funeral Home, Moorhead, MN. The memorial service will be Friday, April 4, 2025, at 2:00 P.M., with visitation from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M., at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, Moorhead, MN. Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery, Fargo, ND.
