Stephen Fay Sullivan

Stephen Fay Sullivan, 77, of Towson, passed away on April 18, 2025. Born and raised in the Northwood neighborhood of Baltimore, Stephen attended St. Matthew's School and Loyola Blakefield before graduating from Baltimore City College. He earned his bachelor's degree in political science from Loyola College and built a distinguished 32-year career in labor relations and human resources at Bethlehem Steel Shipyard.

Stephen is survived by his beloved wife of 37 years, Nancy, his children Brendan (Emily), Sheila (Todd) and Timothy, and his stepchildren Kathleen and Michael. He was the devoted grandfather of eight grandchildren, who were the light of his life. He is also survived by his siblings Mary Rita, Kevin and Brian.

Above all, Stephen's greatest joy was his family, especially his grandchildren, who held a special place in his heart. He was also an avid fan of college basketball and the Baltimore Orioles.

The family will receive friends at Mitchell-Wiedefeld Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 23, from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. A Celebration of Life will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, April 24, at 11 a.m. No graveside services will be held.
