Stephen Harlan Williams II

Stephen Harlan Williams II, 39, of Sunnyland, IL, passed away on February 28, 2026.

He was born on March 31, 1986, in Peoria, IL, to his mother, Tammy Roser, and his father, Stephen H. Williams Sr.

He is survived by his grandmother, Ginger Roser; his father, Stephen Williams (wife, Debi Williams); six children, Alexis, Payton, Reilly, Molly, Savannah, and Jackson; and one granddaughter, Malorie. Stephen is also survived by three siblings, Samantha (Buff) Stage, John (Sydney) Lyons, and Aren Kammerer.

Stephen married Amber Meyers and had four beautiful daughters. He later married Natalie Williams and had his beautiful daughter, Savannah. Stephen was preceded in death by Savannah Wolf, after she gave him his first son, Jackson.

He is loved very much by his Aunt Laurie (Jeremy) Hall, Uncle David (Sue) Williams, Aunt Rhonda Williams, Uncle John (Cindy) Williams, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jack Roser, Johnny and Mary Williams, and his mother, Tammy Roser.

Stephen enjoyed fishing, camping, riding motorcycles, and spending time with his kids. He was a skilled craftsman by trade and worked as a flooring installer for over 20 years, starting at Ralph's Flooring and later owning his own flooring contracting business, Williams Family Flooring. He was known for his kind heart and willingness to lend a hand wherever needed. He cared deeply for his family and friends and aspired to be a good man and father.

A gathering will be held Saturday, March 7th, from 5:30–7:30 p.m. at Deiters Funeral Home, 2075 Washington Rd., Washington, IL.
