Steve Dickerson passed away December 31, 2024 after a long illness. Steve was born in Corinth, Mississippi on January 23, 1946.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Luetta Dickerson and sister Donna Sue Crook.
Steve leaves behind his wife of 55 years Dolores Jean Mashburn whom he loved dearly; two children Stanley and Stephanie; grandsons Phillip and Ethan Dickerson; brother Bill (Judy) Dickerson; two sisters Connie (Dean) Molar of Batesville, AR and Dorothy Stinnett of Utah; many found nephews and other family and friends.
Steve was a United States Navy Veteran. He served in Vietnam in 1965 and 1966. He was a retired Captain from the Jacksonville Fire Department. Steve loved to hunt, fish, and enjoyed cooking.
Family-hosted Services will be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at 12:00pm at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in Sherwood, Arkansas.
Donations can be sent to the Arkansas Heart Association.
