Steve Franks Obituary
Steve was born and raised in Shelby County. He graduated from Timpson High School. Steve was the epitome of an outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting and fishing any chance he got. Steve was a loving family man and soaked up any chance he got to spend with his family. He was a great man and will be missed by those he leaves behind.
Steve is survived by his wife, Betty Lou (Hill) Franks; son, Jim Franks; 5 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; his sister, Mary Magness and 5 nieces and 5 nephews.
He is preceded in death by his first wife, Waidean Ruth Franks; parents, John Thomas "Hoy" and Adelle (Powdrill) Franks; daughter, Annette Christine Franks; son, Steven Earsal Franks; sister, Evangeline Williams; brother, John Richard Franks and 1 niece.
Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted. Matthew 5:4.
