Steve was a good guy, very friendly and a partial joker, one day he pulled me over just to say hi and see how I was doing . He's one of a kind , I'll never forget him ,he was always approachable and always smiling even when he wrote me a ticket. He stopped one night when I was broke down and stayed till wrecker showed up. I will miss him
