The first time I met Dr. Arnoff was during my interview for my EG data manager position. The first 15 minutes were formal questions and then we realized we knew a lot of the same people and had a lot in common with music and graduating from RIC. After two hours we ended the interview with me asking, do I have the job? His answer was, of course, would I have sat and talked with you for two hours if you didn't? How could I question that.. I was the beginning of a great working relationship where I was given wisdom and professional development on a daily basis. I will miss being part of the Wild Wild West with Dr. Arnoff.
