Steven Allen Castaño, 69, of Houston, Tx passed away peacefully on June 19, 2024, in San Antonio, Tx. He was born at U.S.A.H. Tooele Ord Depot, Tooele, Utah on December 16, 1954, to Reynaldo Falcón Castaño and Adelina Guerra Castaño.
Steven is survived by his former wife, Josefa Gonzalez Gutierrez, his son, Javier Castaño Gonzalez, grandchildren, Alejandro (10) and Paula (7) of Elche Spain, and siblings, Jesse (1948), Frank (1950), James (1951), Robert (1953), Rosemarie Diana (1956), Reynaldo Jr. (1964), Emilio (1972) and many loving family members. He is predeceased by his parents.
While our hearts mourn his passing, we take comfort in knowing he is no longer suffering. He will be missed, and he will always be in our hearts.
Visitation on Thursday, July 11th at Mission Park Funeral Chapels North, 3401 Cherry Ridge, SA, TX from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Vigil at 6:00 p.m.
Funeral Mass on Friday, July 12th, at St Pius X Catholic Church, 3919 Harry Wurzbach Rd, SA, TX. at 10 a.m. Interment at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, Shelter #3,1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd, SA, TX. Committal service at 11:15 a.m.
