Steven Eugene Duke

Please accept my deepest condolences on Steve´s sudden passing. My heart goes out to family and friends who had the privilege to know him and experience his love of live music. Steve was an active community advocate and a major supporter through my two campaigns for the Norfolk school board. His kindness and spirit touched many lives-may his memory be eternal.

Frank G. Hill I knew Steve for a short while, but he made you feel like you knew him forever. He was a good jokester and very committed to all of his friends, which he had many. R.I.P.

To the family of Steven, please accept my heartfelt condolences. We attended Granby High School together, and I would often run into him at Davenport Barbershop. May God grant your family strength and comfort during this difficult time.
