Steven Arlo Goings

October 10, 1937 - May 17, 2024

Tacoma, Washington - Steve Arlo Goings, 87, born in Springfield, Mo., passed away on May 17, 2024, in Tacoma, Washington. He was retired from Tam Engineering. Steven was born in Springfield, Mo., and graduated from Bethel High School.

He was a very kind and compassionate man, known for being a loving husband to Patricia Goings, a devoted father to his sons Mark, Tony, Greg, and Brian, and his daughter Crystal, as well as a cherished grandfather to Aaron, Zach, McKayla, Shane, Gunnar, and Casey.

A funeral service will be held on June 8, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. at Fir Lane Cemetery in Spanaway, Washington. The family will receive friends and relatives at the service. Fir Lane Cemetery is assisting with the funeral arrangements.

Steven Arlo Goings will be dearly missed by his family and friends. May he rest in peace.

Steve was a hard working, honest, loving, caring, brilliant man. He would help anyone in need and wouldn't accept anything in return. A selfless angel that has been an ideal example for any generation!
