Steven Hogan Obituary

Steve is survived by his loving wife Mary Ann (nee Cofta), and his children Nicolas (Frinzi), Ellen (Venkitaswaran), Lisa, Laura, grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.
He is proceeded in death by his late parents Rita and Ralph Hogan Jr. and his son Eric Hogan.
Steve retired after serving 20 years in the Navy as a Lieutenant Commander (LCDR). He was the commanding officer of the Milwaukee Naval Reserve Center, which was awarded the Fleet Admiral Halsey Trophy for the best large reserve center in the United States. He served in Vietnam and was awarded the Navy Commendation medal with Gold Star.
After his retirement from the Navy, Steve enjoyed wood working, helping friends and family and started a handyman business.
A special thank you to Pete Kolvenbach who visited Steve and provided caring support to him and his family.
Heartful gratitude to Legacy Hospice for their compassionate care and support. Special thanks to Ashley from Legacy, whose daily care visits provided much comfort to Steve and his wife Mary Ann.
Steve will be missed by all.

A long time ago (early 90´s) we had fun with Steve and family on the Coast Guard cutter boat in Lake Michigan. That is a good memory!`
