Steven Anthony Kasprzyk

Steven Anthony Kasprzyk, a beacon of laughter and love, left this world on December 1, 2025, at the age of 73, in Taylor, Michigan. Born on April 29, 1952, in Detroit, Michigan, Steven's life was a testament to the joy and resilience of the human spirit. He was a man who infused humor and affection into every corner of his existence, touching the lives of all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Steven's legacy is carried on by his adoring family: his son, Matthew (Rachel) Kasprzyk; his daughter, Danielle (Bud Rutherford) Kasprzyk; his cherished grandchildren, Sophia, Weston, and Logan; his brother, Gary (Sylvia) Kasprzyk; his sister, Sue (Lee) Crispin; his brother, Mark (Karen) Kasprzyk; and his godsons, Mike Kasprzyk & Sean Kasprzyk. The mother of his children, Sherry Kasprzyk, also holds a special place in the story of his life.
An avid outdoorsman, Steven found solace and excitement in the embrace of nature. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, often sharing tales of his adventures. He enjoyed playing baseball, bowling and golf. Music coursed through his veins, and he played guitar and sang in bands with some of his closest friends and brother.
Steven's property "Up North" in Michigan, cherished since 1976, was his haven-a place where he could immerse himself in the tranquility of the woods and waters that he so loved. But above all, Steven's heart belonged to his family. He was a doting father and grandfather, finding his greatest fulfillment in the smiles and laughter of his children and grandchildren.
Known for his sarcasm and wit, Steven could light up a room with his humor. His hands, ever capable and steady, could fix and create, making him the go-to handyman in his family.
Steven Anthony Kasprzyk's life was a melody of funny anecdotes, loving embraces, and handy solutions. His story does not end with his passing but continues in the hearts of those he inspired. As we remember Steven, let us carry forward his indomitable spirit, his zest for life, and his unwavering love for his family. Let us honor his memory by living fully, loving deeply, and laughing often, just as he did.
