Steven Kibert Obituary
Steven Kibert passed away peacefully at his home in Chicago on Wednesday, May 17. He had been suffering from pancreatic cancer for over a year.
Steven legally changed his name to Stashu Kybartas in his 20s. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Charles, Ronald and William. He leaves behind his husband, Robert Colucci; his brother, Leonard; and his sister; and many nieces and nephews, Charlotte and Elizabeth Brackman-Kibert, Nicole and Art Kibert Bassler, Alina Kibert, Jesse, Daniel, Andrew and Matthew Kibert, Hallie, Bryn and Evan Kibert.
In keeping with Stashu's wishes, a celebration of his life will be held in late July. Details to be announced.
