Thank you Steven for sharing your love for music with me, your kindness, and your friendship. I'm going to miss going to concerts with you seeing some of our favorite bands and screaming the lyrics at the top of our lungs. Although I will always be envious that you got to see The White Stripes and I never did. I will also miss going to the record stores with you and seeing your face light up when you would find a record you had been wanting for awhile. From borrowing each other's records to meeting our idols such as Henry Rollins of Black Flag and all the moments in between, thank you. Miss you friend.

Steven was part of our family and a big part of our kid's life for some time. A sweet young man. He was smart and very talented. I have memories of backyard parties and especially the time he and Black Guppy performed a concert for me for my 50th. It was a great show. I have so many memories of Steven. He was the most important person in my life for so many years, and every decision I made during that time involved him. He is still a part of me, and he always will be. His body may be gone, but his spirit lives on in me and in every one else’s life that he touched.
Dear Kronfles, thank you for bringing Steven into this world. Thank you for sharing him with me all those years. Thank you for always loving me, for your kindness, for letting me be a part of the family. I’m truly blessed.
Steven, there are so many things I’ve wanted to say to you since we parted ways, so many conversations I had in my head, imagining that you were right there with me. You’ve been in so many of my dreams and memories. To this day, I have experiences in life and find myself wishing you were there, or pretending that you were. I hope you know how important you still are to me. I wouldn’t be the person I am today without you. I wish I had the chance to tell you that. Thank you for loving and protecting me. I miss you, and I’m proud of the man you were becoming. I’m so glad you got to shine your light again before you left glow man.

I'm still at lost for words. We've been very good friends since we were teenagers. He was the one person that also shared a love of music and vinyl records, which gave our friendship a strong bond. I could always count on him for a helping hand, or that push to be more confident and outgoing as he was. I miss him deeply already, but glad I did got a chance to know him and be his friend.
