I met Steve at a local watering hole in Redlands. He always had a smile on his face. Really tall, but a gentle man.
I remember his fishing trip to Alaska he caught a big Halibut and was so excited about his catch . I know that Steve is fishing to his hearts content, watching his 49'ers and still cheering on NASCAR. Sad to hear about his passing. Miss you Martin

I lived down the street from Big Steve for many years loved,respected and looked up to the man.Lil Steven and I where best friends for many years most my best child hood memories i spent with this family on villa street in Highland Ca.He taught me to fish,shoot bb guns,love football,and what it was to be a good ol American.Its sad he left so soon and im barely gettin a chance to say something about the man,but he really understood me and the broken home i came from.He was always there when I needed something and never turned his back on me.Very caring loving man,hard working and i would love to conversate with him he always had something cool to talk about or show me.If any one sees this im trying to 8ahold of lil steven.please have him
