Monge, Steven M.
Age 65 of Inver Grove Heights, passed away peacefully on Jan. 22, 2025. Preceded in death by his father, Larry. Survived by his loving and devoted wife, Mary; mother, Audrey; sister, Debra (Mark) Higgins; sister-in-law, Catherine Isenman; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Steve's greatest joy was his wife and family including his nieces who he was so very proud of. He loved to travel with his wife to explore new destinations. Steve graduated from La Crescent HS. He received a BA degree from Luther College and MBA degree from UW-Eau Claire. Steve had a successful career in sales where he was employed at HB Fuller and Waldoch. Steve and his wife were avid sports fans. He was a lifelong Green Bay Packer fan. He enjoyed the MN Twins and was a MN Gopher FB supporter and season ticket holder for over 25 years. Steve was a fine athlete in football and track at La Crescent HS and Luther College. He was an active member of the YMCA for over 30 years. Memorial Service at 11am on Tues., Feb. 4, 2025, at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church, 12650 Johnny Cake Ridge Rd., Apple Valley, with visitation one hour prior. Interment at Lebanon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to the National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation (https://www.npcf.us/ways-to-donate/).
