Steven was an avid hunter and fisher. He enjoyed spending time with his grandkids and telling jokes. You could find Steven working at the local Walmart, greeting customers at the door, which he loved doing.
He is survived by his spouse, Lavana Neptune, Great Bend; daughter, April (Troy Meitner) Jacobs, Great Bend; son, Chad (Wendy Joy) Neptune, Wichita; grandchildren, Leah (Kaden)Berry, Braxton Neptune, Logan Jacobs, Sean Neptune, Peyton Neptune; great-grandchildren, Everette and Bennett Berry; and his dog Sammy.
Steven was preceded in death by both of his parents and a sister, Eva Riggs.
Cremation has taken place, and services will be announced at a later date.
Memorials may be made out to Lavana Neptune to help with Steven's medical expenses, in care of Yorgensen-Meloan-Londeen Funeral Home, 1616 Poyntz Ave, Manhattan, Kansas, 66502.
