Steven Omlor Obituary
DELMAR - Steven M. Omlor passed away at home on December 2, 2025, surrounded by his family. Originally from Tiffin, Ohio, Steve spent most of his adult life in the Capital Region living with his wife, Marlene Marra Omlor, raising a family and working as a professional photographer. Steve and Marlene also became innkeepers at their historic bed and breakfast, the Catalpa House, in Rensselaerville, N.Y., for many years. Steve was born on November 8, 1944, to Catherine and Vincent Omlor. In addition to his wife, Marlene; he is survived by his daughters, Vanessa Griesmer (Terry) and Emily Cook (Ted); his grandchildren, Nathan Mills and Cole, Sophie, and Jonah Cook; brother, Pete Omlor (Melitte); and sister, Sister Jane Francis Omlor; and his faithful dog and constant companion, Mojo. A Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, December 13, at noon, at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, in Delmar, N.Y. See complete obituary at applebeefuneralhome.com
