Steven Eugene Parsons

Steven Eugene Parsons of Paris, Arkansas, passed away Monday, November 10, 2025, at Heart of Hospice Unit in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was born on March 11, 1963, in Ozark, Arkansas, to Delmas Eugene Parsons and JoAnn (Walker) Parsons. He was 62 years old. He was preceded in death by his father, Delmas Parsons; his niece, Chelsey Bennett; his paternal grandparents, Robert and Harrittie Parsons; and his maternal grandparents, Robert and Marie Walker.

Steve was a mechanic and loved to work on anything he could repair or customize. He was a gifted artist and created many unique drawings and crafts. He was a loving dad, grandfather, son, brother, and a great friend to many. He will be missed by all, but forever in our hearts.

He is survived by his daughter, Crystal Fitzjurls and husband Jim of Magazine; his mother, JoAnn Parsons of Paris; his sister, Beverly English and husband Eddie of Subiaco; his brother, Brett Parsons of Paris; his grandchildren, Allissa Fitzjurls of Booneville and Troy Fitzjurls of Magazine; his great-grandchildren, Kaison Watson of Booneville and Blakeley Griffin (arriving in February); his niece, Brittany Pruitt; his great-nephews, Hayden and Hunter; many other loved ones; and his beloved canine son and constant companion, Pedee.

The family will visit with friends on Friday, November 14th from 5:00 p.m to 6:00 p.m. with a funeral service starting at 6:00 p.m. at Brotherton Funeral Home Chapel in Paris.
