FORESTVILLE: Steven R. Peck, 67, of Pearl Street, Forestville, passed away unexpectedly, Saturday, June 15th, 2024, at Buffalo General Medical Center. He was born in Silver Creek on March 7, 1957, the son of the late Richard and Sussanna (Griffith) Peck.
Steven worked as a Foreman for Norfolk & Southern Railroad, Buffalo, and attended Christ Chapel Wesleyan Church, Silver Creek and Harvest Chapel Free Methodist Church, Fredonia. He enjoyed fishing, going to the races, providing community service and enjoyed children.
Survivors include his wife Heather M. (Chesbro) Peck of Forestville, whom he married on October 23, 2021, in Christ Chapel Wesleyan Church, Silver Creek, three daughters, Jessica Woods, Ava Cochran, and Trinity Cochran, two sons Conner Cochran and Kain Cochran, two sisters, Sydney (Tom) Harrison, Michele Grant and a brother, Derek (Mary) Peck. Also surviving are two grandchildren; Aria Woods & Damien Sullivan and several nieces & nephews. Besides his parents he was predeceased by an infant brother.
Friends are welcome to call at Riles & Woolley Funeral Home, 39 Main Street, Forestville on Thursday, June 20th from 3-5 and 7-9 PM from where Funeral Services will be held Friday morning at 11 o'clock with Pastor Jim LaBarr of Harvest Chapel Free Methodist Church, Fredonia, officiating.

Steve and Sally were my youth group leaders. I don't have words. Why? He was a sweet fellow and I'm so glad he found happiness. Prayers and hugs to his family and loved ones.
