Steven Michael Rougeux, was born on October 4, 1993, In Appleton, Wisconsin, to Bobbie Jo Mauk(Reeves), and Scott Rougeux, passed away on January 6, 2025, in Las Vegas, Nevada, He was 31 years old.
Steven was a compassionate soul who dedicated his life to helping others, particularly those navigating the path to recovery. His generous spirit and unwavering commitment to making a difference in the lives of others were hallmarks of his character.
He is lovingly remembered by his mother, Bobbie Jo Mauk and Stepfather, Keith Mauk; his father, Scott Rougeux and Stepmother Linda Rougeux; his siblings Jacob and Hannah; as well as his extended family on his mother's side:Tiffany and her husband Nick, Brandon,and Lovely. Steven also leaves behind his maternal grandfather John Reeves and Paternal grandmother Betsy Rougeux.
Although Steven's time with us was far too brief, his kindness and selflessness left an enduring legacy in the hearts of those who knew him. May his memory bring comfort and peace to all who mourn his loss.

Missing sweet Steven so much. We spent much of the last 2 years together.. many adventures and many memories. He made me laugh so hard, and we had a lot of joy.
I got to know such a sweet, thoughtful, gentle, intuitive side to him that will be in my heart forever. My heart breaks without him. My deepest condolences to Bobbie Jo, Scott, and all of his family. Steven, I love you.

Casey and I are heartbroken to hear of Steven's death. We have very fond memories of the time Steven stayed with us in Appleton and in Eagle River. Our hearts go out to his family and friends, you will be missed by many but never forgotten.
