Stosh Tunney Obituary

Published by John F Givnish Funeral Home - Academy Rd on Mar. 6, 2020.
Stosh Tunney, 41 of Warminster passed away on March 6, 2020. Loving father of Maria Tunney, Stosh Tunney, Jr. and Andrew Tunney. Beloved son of Stanley Tunney and Maureen McGurk. Dear brother of Patrick Tunney, Gene Tunney, Shane Renaud and Justus Porta. Stosh was actively involved in coaching his three children at their various sports. He enjoyed watching them excel. He was a very hard worker dedicating himself as he worked his way up from being a plumber's apprentice to a Union master plumber. He was well-liked and respected by his co-workers. He was extremely proud of being a union member. Stosh was serious about exercising and would work out regularly regardless of his long work day. He had a devilish sense of humor and loved to laugh. He loved his animals and was always surrounded by cats and dogs. Stosh was surrounded by family and friends who loved him dearly and his sudden departure is devastating to all who knew him. Relatives and friends are invited to Stosh's Life Celebration Friday, March 13, 2020 from 1:00PM to 4:00PM followed by his Memorial Service at 4:00PM at John F. Givnish of Academy Rd. 10975 Academy Rd. Interment is private. In lieu of flowers, donations in Stosh's memory may be made to the Tunney Children's Educational Fund. Please make checks payable to Eileen McGurk c/o American Heritage Credit Union 2068 Red Lion Rd. Philadelphia, PA 19115.
