Stuart Nelson Obituary
Stuart is survived by his loving wife, Trudy (Klapka) Nelson; son, Marc Nelson; two daughters, Leslie (Mark) Hallmen, Gina Nelson; two granddaughters, Amelia Hallmen, Ashley Espinoza; grandson, Michael Espinoza; brother, Larry (Darlene) Boegen; two sisters, Polly (Tom) Brill, Judy Murtha; and many extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Nelson; mother, Blanche Boegen; step-father, John Boegen; brother, Bradley Nelson; and brother in law, Denny Murtha.
Stuart was a United States Army Veteran and retired from the Chesterton Waste Water Treatment Facility following many years of service. He was a die-hard Cubs and Bears fan and loved sharing root beer floats with his granddaughter. Stuart was a loving husband and father and will be missed.
