Stuart "Stu" Projansky, age 94, passed away peacefully on July 13, 2025. Beloved father of Howard (Alison Wallace Projansky), Judith, and Daniel; cherished "Papa" of Alexander (Emily), Brooke (Ryan Bong), and Ross Projansky; much-loved great-grandfather of Cole and Kyle Projansky and Lucy and Colin Bong. Adored brother of Lois (the late Daniel) Kravetz, Sidney (the late Charlotte), and Deborah Granof and the late Leonard Projansky. Treasured uncle, great-uncle, and friend to many. Stu was a gentle, kind, loyal, and giving family man who always put family first. A devoted Chicago Bears fan and long-time season ticket holder, he brought his enthusiasm and dedication to everything he did. Stu enjoyed working and treated every client like family, continuing his career well into his 80s. He had a passion and loved to dine with groups of friends for breakfast lunch and dinners almost every day of his life. Yet, his greatest joy and proudest role was being a deeply adored "Papa." He will be dearly missed. Memorial donations in Stu's memory may be made to the Jewish United Fund, www.juf.org. Chapel service: Tuesday, July 15, 2025; 2:30 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights Interment to follow: Shalom Memorial Park.
