Sue E. Angle, 78, of Princeton, IN passed away December 11, 2025 at her home in Princeton surrounded by her family. She was born August 7, 1947 in Princeton, IN to Charles H. Warner and Martha J. (LaMar) Warner. Sue graduated from Mt. Olympus High School in 1965. She worked at Gibson General Hospital as a surgery technician. Sue started as a candy striper, then moved into a CNA role, and finally she achieved certified surgery technician in 1972 after passing her AORT certifying exam. She retired in 2010 after 45 years of service, being one of the longest standing members of the department. Sue married Edward "Bill" Angle August 14, 1969 and was blessed with 55 years together before his passing October 28, 2024. She enjoyed doing needle point, crocheting, and watching sports in her spare time; especially Jackie Young. Sue loved supporting and attending all her children and grandchildren's interest and activities. She gladly attended games, marching band gatherings, shows, and events. Sue will be remembered for her delicious cooking, baking, and holiday treats. She was known for making peanut brittle, caramel corn, hokey pokey, and many other amazing treats. Sue is truly loved by many and is already missed.

Sue was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Edward "Bill" Angle.

She is survived by her children, Elizabeth Angle, of Wilmington, NC, Martha Angle, and full time caregiver, Sarah Angle of Princeton, IN.; grandchildren, Joshua (Amber) Angle of Ft. Riley, KS, Charlie Angle of Wilmington, NC, Christian (Cassidy) Taborn of Evansville, IN, Jordin Taborn, Elaine (Adryan) Cooper, Erika Boner, and Hunter Boner all of Princeton, IN; 20 great-grandchildren; siblings, Shirley Wilson, Jane Adkins, and David (Debbie) Warner; sisters-in-law, Norma Wells of McDonough, GA and Becky Julian of Princeton; and several nieces and nephews.

.A funeral service will be held 12:00 PM Monday, December 15, 2025 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton, IN with Pastor Gary Arnold officiating. Burial to follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Princeton. Visitation will be held Sunday, December 14, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Colvin Funeral Home.

Memorial contributions may be made to Colvin Funeral Home to aid in funeral expenses, American Cancer Society, or American Heart Association, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
