Sue Ann Davidson, age 74, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 20, 2025, in Sebring, Florida. She was born on October 19, 1951, in Victorville, California, the daughter of Dudley and Mary (Pearson) Watts. She was preceded in death by her husband James Davidson. Sue spent much of her professional life working in the personnel department for the State of Illinois, where she was known for her dedication, reliability, and kind nature. Sue later made her home in Sebring, Florida, where she had lived for the past 12 years after relocating from Springfield, Illinois. She enjoyed the warmer climate and the sense of community she found there. In her free time, Sue loved bowling and was an avid racing fan. She rarely missed an opportunity to watch or attend races and took great joy in following the sport. These hobbies brought her excitement and happiness throughout her life. Sue will be remembered as a devoted mother and grandmother, a caring sister, and a loyal friend. She is survived by her loving son, Sean Davidson (Michelle) of Illinois, two Grandchildren Lauren and Hailey Davidson and her sister, Jana Cianelli of Virginia, along with other relatives and friends who will cherish her memory.
