Sue Jenkins Obituary
Bertha Sue Jenkins, 74 of Waco, Tx. passed away surrounded by her family on October 18, 2024. A celebration of life will be at 1:00pm Thursday, October 24 at Pecan Grove Funeral Home with burial immediately following at Waco Memorial Park. There will be a visitation from 6:00-8:00pm Wednesday, October 23 at the funeral home.
Sue was born on June 12, 1950, to Jack and Margie Waller. She worked as a seamstress embroidering on letterman jackets also received a degree to be a teacher's aide. She enjoyed multiple hobbies including crocheting, diamond art, and rock painting. Most of all, she loved being with her family.
She is preceded in death by Jack and Margie Waller, sister Wynelle Ramsey, sister Patsy Ryno, and two great grandchildren Natalie and Thomas.
Sue is survived by her soulmate of fifty-six years, Rex Jenkins, sister Annette Pope, brother Neil Waller, daughter Tosha Williams and wife Kim, son Gerald Jenkins and wife Joy, daughter Mandy Rodriguez and husband Keith. Grandchildren Troy Jenkins, Hannah Williams, Marissa Brownlow, Sarah Hunsucker, Xavier Rodriguez, six great grandchildren and three extended great grandsons.
