LANCASTER, SC ~ Ms. Sue Gooch Kirk, age 89, entered her heavenly home on Friday, January 23, 2026. She was born June 26, 1936, in Lancaster, SC, the daughter of the late Edward Crawford Gooch and the late Bessie Mae Bennett Gooch. Ms. Kirk worked faithfully for many years as Assistant Vice President of Claims for Kanawha Insurance Company until her retirement.
