Sue Ellen Marsh, 69, of Otho, IA, died Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at UnityPoint Health – Trinity Regional Medical Center. Private family services will be held at a later date. Memorials may be directed to the family. Arrangements are with Historic Bruce Funeral Home of Fort Dodge.
Sue was born April 15, 1956, in Lake City, IA, the daughter of Clifford and Margaret (Caferty) Daisy. She graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High in 1974. On August 23, 2013, she was united in marriage to Troy Marsh in Fort Dodge. Over the years, she worked at Friendship Haven, Casey’s, Hy-Vee and L & D Laundry until her retirement in 2020. Sue enjoyed growing flowers and gardening. She also enjoyed fishing, picking clovers, diamond art and family gatherings. Above all – she loved her grandchildren to no end.
Sue is survived by her husband of 40 years: Troy Marsh of Otho; her daughter: Margaret “Maggie” Fuller of Coalville, IA; 2 grandchildren: Jared Fuller and wife Savannah of Duncombe, IA and Matthew Crosby of Fort Dodge; and brother: Bill Daisy and wife Denice of Casper, WY. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; 3 sisters: Shirley Purkapile, Vickie Fowler and Mary Carr; and a brother: Virgil Ort.
