AUBURN - Sue Anne Rohm, age 91, of Auburn, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2024, at Betz Nursing Home in Auburn.
She was born on July 22, 1932, in Defiance, Ohio, to Carl and Basil (Hoover) Seyboldt.
She was a graduate of Defiance High School. Sue then went on to attend and graduate from Miami Valley School of Nursing in Dayton.
Sue married Norman N. Rohm on May 22, 1955, in Defiance. He preceded her in death on March 3, 2005.
Before raising her family, she worked as an RN at Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne.
She was a member of Tri Kappa Sorority and Ladies Bible Study.
Sue will be fondly remembered as a faithful and loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Survivors include her sons and daughter-in-law, Jeffery Rohm, of Indianapolis and Mark and Mackenzie Rohm, of Wolcottville; daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and Ray Garcia, of Auburn; six grandchildren, Joshua Garcia, Jacob Garcia, Jama Garcia, Elijah Rohm, Emma Rohm and Rexford Rohm; and daughter-in-law, Christine Ferraro, of Ellijay, Georgia.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Norm Rohm; son, Rex Rohm; and brother, Bill Seyboldt.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
Burial will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery in Auburn.
