Sunite Boodoo February 24, 1962 – August 31, 2025 It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Sunite Boodoo, 63, who peacefully entered eternal rest surrounded by her family. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother, and loyal friend to many. Sunite grew up surrounded by family, tradition, and the vibrant culture she always carried in her heart. She lived a life filled with love, resilience, and devotion to those she held dear. She will always be remembered for her quick wit, her strength, and the warmth she brought. She had a gift for making people feel at home, whether through her generosity, her cooking, or simply her presence. She is survived by her husband Krishen, her four children Nalini, Vaidehi, Sherry, and Shalini, her six grandchildren Kyle, Warren, Kayla, Luke, Leonidas, and Leda, and many relatives and friends who will carry her memory forward. Her legacy lives on in the lessons she taught, the love she gave, and the lives she touched. A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 12, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Memorial Plan Branam Funeral Home and Crematory, 809 N. Krome Avenue, Homestead, FL 33030. Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance, honoring her life and celebrating her legacy. Following the service, the family welcomes everyone to join them for a memorial gathering at the Florida City Multi-Purpose Room, 650 NW 5th Avenue, Florida City, FL 33034. Though she has left this world, her love and light will remain in our hearts forever.
