Susan Greta Anderberg

Susan Greta Anderberg, age 79, a devoted wife, mother, and proud Navy veteran, passed away on Sunday, November 16, 2025, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Susan was born on October 10, 1946, in Norfolk, Virginia, to the late Edwin Lilja and Barbara (Huntley) Lilja. After receiving her associate's degree, she honorably served her country as a three-year veteran of the U.S. Navy. Her greatest vocation, however, was being a full-time wife and mother.

On December 6, 1971, Susan married Richard Willis Anderberg. They moved to Sheridan, Wyoming, after their wedding, where they lived for many years before moving to Bartlesville 15 years ago.

Susan was preceded in death by her parents, Edwin Lilja and Barbara (Huntley) Lilja, and her son, Brian Richard Anderberg.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Richard Willis Anderberg; her son, Johnny Burch, and daughter, Tracie Anderberg-Gillette, as well as her sisters, Johnna Salverson and Beth Messing. She is also survived by her daughter-in-law, Tonya Eilts and her husband, Troy Eilts. Susan's legacy lives on through her cherished grandchildren: Jonah, Jordan, and Sydney Collins; Nathanael and Nahum Anderberg; and Taylor and Makenzi Burch.
