Susan J. Antcliff

Susan Jane Antcliff, age 70, formerly of Belding and Belmont, passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2025, surrounded by her loving family under hospice care. She was born on July 10, 1955, daughter of Leonard J. and Marian Louise (Cross) Antcliff, both of whom preceded her in death. She attended Belding schools and worked for General Motors in Grand Rapids, retiring to enjoy some of her favorite pastimes including going to garage sales and making ceramics. She also enjoyed hosting the kids and grandkids for pool parties and had a very active social life with her many friends at the Belding V.F.W. and American Legion Posts.

Memories of Susan will be cherished by her dear children, Michael Lee. (Miranda) Antcliff of Greenville and Amy L. (Steve) Antcliff of Crystal; grandchildren: Kyleah (Matthew) Ferman of Sheridan, Michael Lee Antcliff, II. of Greenville, Kelsei Cheyan Dwyer of Crystal and Kieanna Ostrander of Greenville; great grandchildren Owen Douglas and Chase Riley; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In addition to her parents, Susan was preceded in death by a grandson, Noah Michael Antcliff and her two sisters, Lynda Rae Pethers and Debra Kay Pethers.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will take place on Sunday, November 30, 2025, at the Belding American Legion Post, 121 South Broas Street, Belding, Michigan 48809. The family will greet visitors from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., and a luncheon will be served beginning at 3:00 p.m. Interment will take place at a later date at Greene Cemetery.
