Susan Boman Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by DuBore Funeral Home - Warren on Oct. 22, 2025.
Susan Marie Boman, 67, of Warren MN, passed away in her sleep on Monday October 20, 2025.
Susan was born to John Boman and Darlene (Mykleby) Bedard in Warren, on July 30th, 1958. She was the fourth-oldest of eleven children and grew up always doing things her way. Susan worked many jobs over the years, most recently at the American Legion in Warren. Susan loved her family most and was always there for anyone that needed anything. She would give the shirt on her back or her last dollar if she had it to anyone that needed it. She was a very caring and kind person, and everyone knew they could count on Susan. Her pride and joy were her kids, and her nephews and nieces. She had two grandsons, Gavin Salem and Alistair Boman, whom she adored greatly.
She loved Florian Park, where she would be the first one in and the last one to leave for the season. It was a "home away from home{" where she lived all summer. Susan loved to have all the kids at the lake with her, every weekend if she could, and share with them everything about her "special place."
She will be missed greatly by all her family and friends.
She is survived by her sons, Chad Boman of Crookston MN, Todd Boman of Newfolden MN, Derek Boman of Newfolden, Adam Boman of East Grand Forks MN, and Ryan Boman of Warren; siblings, Karen (Tom) Bushaw of Manvel ND, Judy Boman of Crookston, Mary Boman of Warren, Jeff Boman of Warren, Jane (Jon) Kobetsky of East Grand Forks, Cindy (Tony) Fenno of Crookston; grandsons, Gavin Salem and Alistair Boman both of Crookston; sisters-in-law, Bonnie Boman of Thief River Falls MN, and Susan L. Boman of Warren; brother-in-law, Joshua Wurtz of Warren; aunt, Shirley (Lowell) Hamrick of Warren; and her Best Friend, Cindy Donarski of Warren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Darlene; baby boy, Jared; brothers, John, Donald "Pudda," and Thomas Boman; sisters, Patricia Bedard and Nancy Wurtz; stepfather, Robert Bedard; and many nieces and nephews.
VISITATION: Monday, October 27, 2025, from 5:00-7:00 PM, in DuBore Funeral Home Chapel.
