Susan Virginia Chisholm Valdez, 40, passed away peacefully at home on March 1, 2026. She was born on February 16, 1986, in Los Angeles, California, to Ana and Orestes Valdez.

Susan will be lovingly remembered by her sister, Genessis Valdez; her nieces, Yariana Viruet and Sofia Rodriguez; and her nephew, Giovanni Rodriguez, all of whom she loved dearly.

Susan had a vibrant spirit and truly enjoyed life. She loved going out to dinner, dancing, visiting Disney, spending time at the beach, and anything that involved having a good time surrounded by family and friends. She was the epitome of a social butterfly-someone who could light up any room she entered. Susan had an enormous heart and never held a grudge. She lived her life laughing and loving with her whole heart. Anyone who had the pleasure of meeting her will always remember her infectious laugh and the many sweet, ditsy moments that made her uniquely Susan. Her resilience and deep love for life touched everyone around her.

A Celebration of Life will be held on March 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Funeraria San Juan Funeral Home, 3189 S. John Young Parkway, Kissimmee, FL 34746. Family will receive friends from 10:15 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., with services beginning at 10:30 a.m.
