Susan Irene Duncan, born on February 10, 1947 in Seattle, Washington, passed away peacefully on October 7, 2025 at her home in Nampa, Idaho. She lived a life filled with love, laughter, faith, and devotion to her family..

Sue was happiest when surrounded by loved ones. She enjoyed gardening, flowers, baking, crocheting, and spending time with her grandchildren Elise, Gracie, Isaac, Zach, and Andrea - who brought endless light into her life. Her church family was also a cherished part of her world. She poured her heart into her faith and into the friendships she made there.

Sue's warmth, faith, and gentle spirit touched everyone she met, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 57 years, Herb Duncan; her sons Antony Duncan and Andrew Duncan; her daughters-in-law Lupe and Gina; and her cherished grandchildren. She is also survived by her two brothers, Daryl and Dennis Rootvik, who shared a lifetime of memories and laughter with her. Susan is preceded in death by her sisters, Sharon and Sheila.

Her legacy is one of faith, kindness, and family - a life beautifully lived and deeply loved.

A memorial service will be held at a later date with her family and church community.
