Susan Erickson Obituary
ERICKSON, Susan I. (Larocque), 74, of Cumberland passed away on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at home. She was the wife of the late Donald I. Erickson.
Born in Central Falls, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Claire (Plouffe) Larocque Sr. She resided in Cumberland for the past year, previously residing in Spring Hill, FL for many years.
Mrs. Erickson was employed as Bank Manager for the for the former Pawtucket Trust and Attleboro Savings Bank for many years. When she moved to Florida she was a bookkeeper for a local funeral home.
Susan enjoyed painting, and listening to music. Those who love her will always remember her as a witty and joking personality that would always have a quick response to any question that was asked of her.
She leaves behind a brother Raymond Larocque of North Attleboro and a sister Donna L Desjarlais of Cumberland and also three grandchildren, neices, nephews and great nephews.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to Susan's Life Celebration to be held with a Visitation on Monday, May 9, 2022 from 6 to 8 PM in the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Road, Rt. 122, Cumberland.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Miriam Hospital Cancer Institute, 164 Summit Avenue, 3rd Floor, Providence, RI 02906.
