Susan Grantham, age 68, of Gulfport passed away on Sunday, April 14, 2024.
Susan was born in Chincoteague, VA. She was a 1974 graduate of Long Beach High School and attended Jeff Davis Junior College. Susan was a member of St. Peter’s by-the-Sea Episcopal Church in Gulfport, where she served on the altar guild for many years. She worked for Interchecks & Harland check printing companies and later retired after working for Turan-Foley for over 20 years.
Susan was preceded in death by her father, Leonard M. Smart; mother, Patricia R. Smart; and sister, Cindy S. Carrubba.
She is survived by her husband, Troy T. Grantham, Jr.; son, Joshua B. Anderson; brothers, David Smart (Stephanie) & Steven Smart; grandson, Samuel T.J. Anderson; and many nieces & nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 22, 2024 at 11:00am at St. Peter’s by-the-Sea Episcopal Church in Gulfport, where friends may visit 1 hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Gulfport. Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 15th Street, Gulfport is honored to serve the Grantham family.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the St. Peter’s by-the-Sea altar guild, 1909 15th Street, Gulfport, MS 39501.
