Susan Anne Pech was a woman of profound strength and unyielding determination. Her life was a testament to resilience, love, and an inspiring commitment to advocacy. Known for her warm laugh and steadfast spirit, Susan touched the lives of everyone she encountered, leaving behind an indelible mark of courage and compassion.
Susan Anne (Johnson) Pech, born March 5, 1960, in Minneapolis, MN, passed away peacefully on June 6, 2025. She was the daughter of Darrell LeRoy Johnson and Donna Marie (Rosner) Johnson.
Susan was an ovarian cancer patient. She battled the disease for 8 years and 3 months. Susan mentioned that she didn't know how to stop fighting. She worked tirelessly to survive ovarian cancer and advocated for change and a cure.
She is survived by her spouse, Robert Pech, whom she married on July 21st, 2001. Rob's family, Janet, Clay, Hailey, and Daphne.
She leaves behind many cherished cousins and aunts.
Her close friends, whom she regarded as family, include Jody M, Kim W, Sue B, Pam G, Linda W, Jessica H, Sam L, Bob H, Jenn, Pat L, Shana C, Summer H, and Angela L.
A very Special thanks to Kim W who so selflessly cared for Susie with love.
Jody M (FES), a cherished cousin of Susan and Jody's girls (Nicole & Rachel, and granddaughters, Kaylee & Clara), who Susan loved, played a pivotal role in helping her fulfill her final wishes with care and dedication.
One of her many passions was her fur baby Sunny, who she loved so much.
She loved birds and had a bird feeder outside her bedroom window.

Graduated Kennesaw University with a Degree in Political Science.
She loved her career in Loss Prevention with Davidsons, Rich's, and Musicland.
She lived on Fripp Island for several years which was her happiest of places.
She had a fondness for disco dancing, music, pets, gardening, and storytelling. She was extremely sociable and never considered anyone a stranger. Wherever we went, she would always take the time to converse with new people.
She will be laid to rest next to her parents in Oakwood Cemetery in Red Wing, MN.
The Memorial Ceremony will be determined at a later date.
