I've known Sue for 55 years. We met as young nurses and remained life long friends. We shared many wonderful times together in and out of the hospital. Sue had a great personality and a cute sense of humor. When we were both divorced young Mothers we took our kids on several outings to the zoo, picnics, and to the Tulip Festival in Holland, Michigan. Although I left the Toledo area years ago we maintained our friendship talking on the phone for hours and getting together occasionally. She was a beautiful soul, a smart and resourceful person, a loving Mother, Grandmother, and friend, and, she was an extremely talented, loving nurse.
Sue's had to cope with multiple health issues and when her health issues forced her to retire she did so leaving behind thousands of patients who had benefited from her care. I know her family and Paul will miss her love and support and I will miss connecting with my friend. Sue Susor you hold a special place in my heart and I commend you for a life well lived!
