Susan Raye Williams, age 53, of Thomaston, passed away October 1, 2025.

Susan was born in Griffin, Georgia, daughter of William and Jewell Vivian Jenkins Williams. She grew up in several different towns before settling down in Thomaston with her boyfriend, Eugene and their beloved dog, Daisy Mae.

Susan is preceded in death by her parents William and Jewell Williams and her cherished pet, Daisy Mae.

She leaves behind her life partner, Eugene Allison; children, Brian, Robbie, Joshua, Bubba, Danielle; sister, Angie, of Punta Gorda, Florida; brothers, Dwayne and Lynn, of Thomaston, Steven, of Columbus.

Susan had an inexplicable ability to always find a way to smile or show her caring nature, as well as her willingness to lend a helping hand. She was who she was and never pretended to be anything else but that. Those who have been fortunate enough to have fatefully crossed her path in life appreciated her for these lifetime virtues!

A memorial service for Susan will be held at a later date, notification of services will be made by the family.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any memorial contributions be made in Susan's name to any Domestic Violence Shelter.
