Susie Dean

Leslie Susan "Susie" (Goodall) Dean, a loving mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully, Sunday, September 28, 2025 at home at the age of 59.

She was the proud mother of daughters Lora (Tim), Leighann, and Danielle (Randy), and the adoring grandmother of Timothy, Hailey, Riley, Piper, Nora, and Nathanial. She is survived by her sisters Debbie (Charlie) and Penny and brothers Mark (Lisa) and Wayne. She is also survived by a very special friend, Nancy, and her beloved dog Roxie.

Leslie was preceded in death by her parents, Norma and Butter, Linda and Regina, Kelly and Janice, and her beloved dog, Yazmine.

A true animal lover, Leslie's heart was big. She never hesitated to help others and would give the shirt off her back to anyone in need. She was also a hard worker who took pride in everything she did.

She will be remembered for her kindness, generosity, and the deep love she shared with her family, friends, and the animals she cherished.

Cremation has been observed and a celebration of life service will be scheduled at a later date.

Good Shepherd Mortuary 335 Fifth Avenue, South Charleston, WV 25303 has been entrusted with the arrangements.
