Susie is survived by three children, Debbie Sue Devault (Eric), James Everett Flint (Amy), all of Point Pleasant, and Roy Junior Flint, of Southside, and one she loved as a son, JR Duncan; 10 grandchildren, Noah (Taylor) and Angel Flint, Roy Allen, Brandon, Bradley, and Ryan Flint, all of Point Pleasant, Troy and Jarad, of Point Pleasant, Gary Carroll, of Point Pleasant, and Dora Duncan and Anthony Lambert, of Ohio; four great-grandchildren, Chloe Flint, Destenee Hammond, Aleigha and Allison, all of Point Pleasant; two sisters, Linda Jeffers and Hazel Stover; Jim (Debbie) Duncan, Jeff (Karen) Duncan, and Henry Duncan, all of Southside; many nieces and nephews, cousins, family and friends.
There will be a funeral service at 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at the House of Praise and Worship (Kingtown Community). Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, in Leon. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., at the church.
The family would like to thank the staff of Pleasant Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for taking good care of mom, and for all the phone calls or texts, and the ones who came to see mom, and the ones who came to stay. "Thank you, and we love you all very much."
