Suzanne Kay Brown peacefully passed away on February 7, 2026 surrounded by her family.

Suzi was born on October 24, 1945 in Ventura, CA to Kenneth & Helen (Greiner) Brown. She grew up in Santa Paula CA & graduated from Santa Paula Union High School in 1963.

In 1964 she began working for Weyerhaeuser in Santa Paula later transferring to their Los Angeles office & eventually moving to Colton CA to become the financial controller for that branch. She retired from Weyerhaeuser in 1991 becoming accounting manager at Caddock Electronics in Riverside. She fully retired in 2004.

Suzi married Charles Brown on February 10, 1979 and they made their home in Lake Arrowhead enjoying the mountain life, their community & each other. Suzi & Charlie were very involved with the Lake Arrowhead Presbyterian Church, they loved square dancing, she loved cooking & sharing recipes, growing beautiful flowers on her deck & mountain wildlife. Suzi & Charlie traveled extensively to multiple countries & around the USA. Her favorite place was Maui which they visited numerous times over the years.

Suzi was loving, generous, confident, loyal, true and kind to others. She fully embraced texting & kept in touch daily with the ones she loved.

Suzi is survived by her husband of 47 years Charles Brown, daughter Betsy DelMar (Scott), stepson Tim Brown (Marylee), grandson Cooper DelMar (Megan), sister in law Joleyne Brown, nieces Stacy & Leslie and nephew Ken. Suzi was preceded in death by her mother Helen Lydick (2016), her son Don Adams (2025) and brother Richard Brown (2010O.

A celebration of her life is being held at the Lake Arrowhead Presbyterian Church on March 28, 2026. In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation be made to the church in Suzi's name.
